Positive change-making starts here

Capability Building

We design and deliver capability-building programmes so people are equipped to lead, measure and sustain positive change over time. We meet people where they are and develop the systems and ways of working needed to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Impact Reporting

Impact reporting is the ultimate communications showcase that brings together your purpose, strategy, impact, and evidence. We believe every organisation with impact should produce an impact report and we can show you how to make it a showcase all year round!

Corporate Social Responsibility

Specialising in community investment, we can help evaluate how your community partnerships are making change in the community, with effective communications that will resonate with customers and stakeholders. We believe these partnerships can and should clearly link back to your material issues.

Social Enterprise Coaching

We have supported several community founders, charities and businesses to understand and implement a social enterprise business model, which acknowledges and borrows the principles of Indigenous entrepreneurship.

Theory of Change

We work alongside organisations to co-create theories of change that reflect the lived experiences of their communities and aspirations for impact. We make sense of complexity and align people around a shared understanding of change. The result is a theory of change that is useful, measurable and logical.

Community & Corporate Partnerships

Are you keen to get started on doing good, or perhaps you have already created some great relationships? We can help you enhance these partnerships or find you new ones, providing you with a clear action plan to ensure everyone benefits from great outcomes.

Volunteers are critical to KiwiHarvest.  Their contribution enables us to do more with less.  This study has shown us that we also give back to our volunteers, which is great news!  Roschelle from Honor Impact has been great to deal with and has quickly shown us that the relationship between KiwiHarvest and our volunteers is mutually beneficial.  Thanks so much Roschelle.”

Creating your journey of change is a unique process we’ve developed for impact programmes - we call it the trifecta of positive change.

Step 1. Clarity of Purpose

By understanding your purpose, values, strategy and goals, we better understand your needs, stakeholders, and where you are heading. This is when we can discuss the scope of the project, key outputs, and outcomes.

Step 2. Scale of your Impact

Are you doing good things but lack the data to support this? We help you evidence your impact and understand what matters most to your stakeholders. We use the 8 social value principles as a framework to guide this stage.

Step 3. Evidence of Change

Case studies, preparation for funding, or impact reporting - communications are an essential part of sharing your impact. We bring together the data to amplify the positive impact you’re creating through effective communications.

We work with all budgets

Because accessibility of our services is important to us, we have different prices depending on whether you are a not-for-profit, social enterprise, or business.

Once we get an idea of the scope of work, we will work out how much time it will take and present this back to you for consideration.

If you have a set budget, then we’ll cram as much value into it as we can! And every time you choose to use Honor Impact, you support our #Mission100. Find out more here.
