Deliver impact. Inspire change.
Honor Impact was founded on a simple belief: social enterprises and impact-led organisations doing the hardest work in our communities are too often under-supported, and underestimated. So, we exist to change that!
-
Named after my late grandmother and my daughter, Honor Impact - and to ‘honour’ impact - is to celebrate the positive change you make, and treat it as something worth measuring, building, and protecting. We exist to support exactly that!
-
We start with listening and understanding your organisation, the communities you serve and the context you’re operating in.
Relational means we invest in understanding your organisation and believe the best solutions are rooted in the communities they’re designed for
Evidence-based means our frameworks are grounded in sound research and proven practice
Practical means we care about what actually changes - not outputs or what looks good in a report
-
Honor Impact isn’t just a consultancy - it’s a vehicle for a longer-term mission.
Mission 100 is our commitment to support 100 entrepreneurs by 2030. It shapes how we price, how we allocate our time, and why we do what we do.
Tālofa lava - I’m Roschelle Marshall
I’ve spent my career in and around the business and impact sectors - as a practitioner, researcher, and now as a consultant dedicated to building the capability of organisations creating real change in Aotearoa and the Pacific.
I bring a grounded, relational approach to my work - one shaped by my Samoan, Scottish and Irish heritage while growing up in Aotearoa New Zealand.
With over 20 years of experience in the sector, I also hold a Masters degree with research focused on social enterprise capability and I apply that evidence base to everything I do.
I’m based in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland, wife to Lee, and mama to two growing tamariki. I work with organisations across Aotearoa and the wider Pacific.
Connect with me on LinkedIn - I’d love to e-meet you or email me at roschelle@honorimpact.nz
Beano - Chief Wellbeing Officer
Joining the team in late 2024, I am responsible for making sure all Honor Impact employees get regular stand breaks, time outside, stress-relief patting sessions and warm feet.
I am also an enthusiastic guest greeter (the receptionist I think they call it) and a general ‘dog’s body’.
In my spare time, I enjoy playing with the smaller humans at home, long walks and my favourite food is lamb.
